  • All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KD).
  • Payments are accepted via credit cards, KNET, and other approved methods.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Health & Hygiene Product Restrictions

Due to Ministry of Health Regulation No. 9/1984, returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for the following items:

  • Health-related products: Masks, gloves, medical disposables.
  • Hygiene products: Adult diapers, under pads, and personal care items.
  • Virus-transmission risk products: Items that may be contaminated by opening or use, including bathroom safety products and medical gloves.

These measures ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers.

8. Warranties and Liability

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products (see product pages for details).
  • Med Al Yousifi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use.
